More People Doing Online Transactions
A research result shows that the more people around the world especially the countries that many Internet users have shopped electronically (e-commerce) through on-line, because the guarantee of security when compared to the traditional way of shopping. This is concluded because of the increasing tendency to use online for e-commerce gained through monitoring of consumer behavior in several countries in Asia and the Pacific.
Based on the survey, eight out of 10 respondents or approximately 83% stated that they will continue to use the electronic payment card to pay for their purchases on line. The level of consumer confidence in conducting purchases over the Internet is growing because of the security system at internet transaction is being better today.
Based on a survey which told by Visa in Asia Pacific, in the year 2012, the value of e-commerce in the Asia Pacific region could reach no less than U.S. $ 183.9 billion. As a comparison, they mentioned the respondents in South Korea, RR China and Japan as a shopper online most of the six countries surveyed. With the emergence of the middle class in many countries in the Asia Pacific region and the increasing use of computers, especially in India and China, then this electronic shopping will continue to increase.
