Tea Can Remove The Bad Breath

teaResearch conducted by faculty dental team, the University of Illinois at Chicago, United States indicates that something which can trigger bad breath because of dominant bacteria lodged in the back of the tongue. These bacteria emit hydrogen sulfide which makes breathing becomes unpleasant.

According to them, by brushing your teeth, bacteria can not be automatically revoked. The most appropriate way to eliminate these bacteria is to drinking tea. Substance in tea polyphenols may inhibit the growth of bacteria that hide behind the tongue. To prove that research, the researchers took three types of bacteria that can cause bad breath and placed in a container that contains the tea for 48 hours. The result is a substance in tea polyphenols making bacteria difficult to breed, although the numbers are small.

Tea is one of the natural odor prevention. If you are experiencing bad breath problems, tea is one way to deal with other than a toothbrush. After tea, you can brush your teeth or gargle-gargle for avoid tea stains which can make your teeth yellow. Other benefits of tea can reduce foot odor. To do that, soak your feet in tea water for 5 to 10 minutes.
