We should choose the fresh vegetables and fruits when we want to buy for cook or eat, but we also have to know that the color of vegetables or fruit can tell the important nutrition at that things for our health. These are several color that we have to know.
Tomato and strawberries are the vegetables and fruits that have red color. Inside that contain nutrition to prevent cancer and infection with antosianin and lycopene use for physical deteration function of mental and many kind of cancer. Red cabbage and eggplant have important red pigment flavonoids for anti cancer.
Green vegetables and fruits like green grapes and avocado also have very good nutrition alegat acit pound to kill the cells of cancer. This also can help the body for netralize the pressure of blood. Beside that, green vegetables and fruits also have many C and B complex vitamin.
Orange fruits and vegetables like papaya and oranges fruits have beta carotene nutrition that can reduce effect of free radical such as reduce the speed of cell aging. Our body will change beta carotene become vitamin A for add more immune for our body and also good for health of eyes.
These are only some of the important nutrition base by color at vegetables and fruits, but do not thinking too much to choose what color of fruits and vegetables that we should consume, because almost any kind of fruits and vegetables have good nutrition for our body and health.
